St. Augustine, Florida
Where the coast
becomes home
A little piece of Florida,
made entirely for you
We know what makes a vacation feel like a real escape — because we built these places the way we'd want to arrive ourselves. No fuss, no fine print. Just beautifully equipped homes, warm hospitality, and the kind of quiet that only happens when ocean air is coming through the window.
Each of our three homes sits within minutes of Butler Beach (4x4 vehicle access) and the Intracoastal Waterway, in the heart of one of Florida's oldest and most charming coastal town.
Privately owned and managed — by Sibyl and Matt, St. Augustine locals. Every detail is personally checked before you arrive. That's something no anonymous vacation rental chain can offer.

Amenities
Every home comes with everything you need for a real stay — not just an overnight.
All three properties feature a fully equipped cooking space with refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, and blender — ready from the moment you arrive. Washer and dryer are in every home, so you can pack light and stay longer.
Outside, fire up the grill or gather around the fire pit in your private backyard. Beach gear is ready to go: umbrellas, chairs, a beach cart, and toys for the little ones. Beach towels and fresh linens are provided throughout.
Every bedroom and living area has its own Smart TV. Fast WiFi, free parking, and air conditioning throughout — all included.
La Sirenita additionally offers a private hot tub and two decks. La Sirenita and Happy Octopus both feature a dedicated lounge area for those slower afternoons.
The Location
The best of Florida's coast — and beyond — right from your door.
Our homes sit in the sweet spot of St. Augustine's barrier island, with Butler Beach just minutes away by car or a short 10–15 minute walk. And unlike most Florida beaches, this one allows vehicle access — drive your 4x4 right onto the sand. The Intracoastal Waterway is equally close, with public river access for boats, kayaks, and paddleboards.
Within easy reach you'll find everything that makes St. Augustine one of Florida's most beloved destinations: the charming cobblestone streets of Historic Downtown, the iconic St. Augustine Lighthouse, live concerts at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre, and unforgettable encounters with dolphins at Marineland. History buffs will love the short drive to Fort Matanzas National Monument, one of Florida's oldest surviving fortifications.
Venture a little further and the options only get better. Daytona Beach — home of the famous Daytona International Speedway — is just an hour south. Jacksonville International Airport is 90 minutes north, making arrival and departure a breeze. And Orlando's world-famous theme parks, including Walt Disney World and Universal Studios, are a comfortable 2 to 2.5 hour drive — perfect for a day trip.
Soul & Shore puts you at the center of it all — with the beach right outside and Florida's best attractions within easy reach.

St. Augustine — America's Oldest City, and one of its most beautiful.
Founded in 1565 — 55 years before the Pilgrims landed at Plymouth Rock — St. Augustine is the oldest continuously inhabited European settlement in the United States. But it doesn't feel like a museum. It feels alive.
Stroll down St. George Street past galleries, bistros, and hidden courtyards. Climb the iconic lighthouse for panoramic views over the Atlantic. Stand inside the Castillo de San Marcos, the oldest masonry fort in the country, built from coquina — a rare limestone made of shell fragments — between 1672 and 1695. Catch a concert at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre, one of Florida's most beloved outdoor venues. Come face to face with dolphins at Marineland, the world's first oceanarium. And when history calls for a break, the beach is waiting.
St. Augustine is one of those rare places where you can spend the morning kayaking the Intracoastal, the afternoon wandering centuries-old streets, and the evening at a waterfront restaurant watching the sun go down over the Matanzas River.
There's a reason people come back every year. You'll understand once you're here.
We can't wait to welcome you.
